Return and exchange policy


Return/exchange will be processed within 2-3 working days after receipt. Credit card or PayPal refunds can take up to 5 working days. The original freight is not refundable. Click the link below to start the return and exchange.

If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us instead of requesting a return.

Full-price items purchased on our website can receive a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Products sold can only be used for store credits and must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original labels to be refunded.

We will provide a prepaid UPS return label for domestic returns required within 30 days of purchase. A handling fee of TWD 200 will be deducted from all returns using the provided return label. All returns of store members will be processed free of charge.

All international returns must be sent back to us at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to create international return labels.

If the total amount of the refund reaches or exceeds US$500, a 10% purchase fee shall be paid.

Any other personal products at the time of purchase are final products and cannot be returned.

Clearance items are final cleared items and cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimming trunks cannot be returned.

All shoes must be returned to the shoe box with the shoe box intact, and no postage label attached. Any return that does not meet these requirements will deduct a $10 box replacement fee.


If you want to exchange, please click on the link below and select the "Exchange" option. Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid UPS return label. Please note that we cannot keep the items to be exchanged. If we do not have the required items in stock when we receive your return, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. If you want to place a new order for the item you need instead of waiting to receive the return, please select the refund or stored value option when requesting the return.

Damaged and incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

If the received defective item is unused, unwashed and with all original labels, within 7 days after receiving the notification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.


If you receive the product fee for the product information you ordered, or the product is not qualified. We will provide you with free replacement.

If the product you received is in line with your order, such as the size is not appropriate. Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines and other Asia-Pacific regions need to pay a processing fee of approximately US$10.
